Homemade Coffee Creamers: (Dairy and Sugar Free)


I like my coffee very creamy so I chose to use all coconut milk in these recipes. If you like your creamer on the thin side, you can substitute ¼ cup almond milk for ¼ cup of coconut milk. I like to use the full fat canned Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk. The creamers turn thick when refrigerated, simply scoop out and swirl into your coffee.

Instructions for all flavors:

Place coconut milk in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat and whisk until milk begins to steam. Turn off heat and whisk in spices and extracts. The recipes are very forgiving so add more or less ingredients to your taste. Add Stevia to your taste for each cup. Best if stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator for one week.

Almond Joy

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. almond extract

Cinnamon Streusel

  • ½ tsp. almond extract
  • ¾ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

French Vanilla

  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla


  • 2 tsp. hazelnut extract
  • ½ tsp. vanilla

Pumpkin Spice

  • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  • 2 tsp. peppermint extract
